WHERE HAVE ALL THE FLOWERS GONE
words and music by Pete Seeger
performed by Pete Seeger and Tao Rodriguez-Seeger
Where have all the flowers gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the flowers gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the flowers gone?
Girls have picked them every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
Where have all the young girls gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the young girls gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the young girls gone?
Taken husbands every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
Where have all the young men gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the young men gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the young men gone?
Gone for soldiers every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the soldiers gone?
Gone to graveyards every one
When will they ever learn?
When will they ever learn?
Where have all the graveyards gone?
Long time passing
Where have all the graveyards gone?
Long time ago
Where have all the graveyards gone?
Covered with flowers every one
When will we ever learn?
When will we ever learn?

Freedom of Religion
As I see it......
When, we the people, choose one religion over another, one freedom over another, we are jeopardizing not only our own freedom, but freedom for all!!
As forward thinkers, our founding fathers, knew and understood the importance of, not only, religious freedom but that of keeping the church and state separate.
If you or I have the right to dictate our religious beliefs over another, we risk losing that which we hold sacred as Americans. We risk our own religious freedom.
It is our obligation to hold true to the founding fathers ideals and to protect the sacredness of separation of church and state, and to protect religious freedom for all, not just those beliefs we hold close to our own heart, but, also the beliefs of those different than ourselves.
We strive to live in peace and harmony with our mother earth and all her creatures, and we also strive to not only tolerate other’s views and beliefs, but to accept and respect those views and beliefs as sacred to believer.
